If you’re putting that much pressure on a 17-year-old, I’m not surprised why your turnover rate is so high. No one wants to work at a job for high schoolers and be treated like a deplorable professional. Like, I get having standards, but not everyone who works there is as serious about that job as you think. We don’t want to be there until we’re 60 like these other people.
