If work from home does become the new normal then maybe there will also be a rise in WFH-friendly neighborhoods and apartment complexes.

It is kind that you offered to be the go-to delivery person but I suggest not volunteering for things like that in the future. I found out that the hard way that many people think work from home is not working and will hit me up with anything from errands to babysitting if they can.
