The truth is that their are many people in upper and middle management who have no other purpose than to put the lash on our backs.

Remote work has proven that many of the THEM ARE OBSELETE and no longer needed. We can self motivate and get the job done in record time.

However, toxic corporate America just does not understand a world where workers are not motivated by fear, so they want us back in, yet they can not give us a single logical reason why beyond "work culture".
