I think another part of the problem is that as women are told we peak when we are in our twenties and must have it all together (husband, career, perfect houses and babies) before we hit 30.

Meanwhile, I have seen people tell men in their fifties that they "still have plenty of time to get their life together."

I am a 38 year old woman and I can tell you ladies...life only gets better.
