This is a brilliant way to put how our elders can no longer help us (even if they mean well ) because they have no understanding of the new world. Job security is dead and everything but wages is on the rise.

The irony is I know several people in my age group who have no clue what a pension and those who do, just think it was too good to be true. Nice read.
